What is iDeck?
iDeck is a ready-made presentation built from your survey results. If it has been added to your dashboard, you can view it online and export it to PowerPoint.
It covers the key findings from your survey: your overall engagement score, scores by theme, response rates, open-text comments, and the areas with the biggest impact on your score. It also includes Prism summaries - AI-generated interpretation of your open-text responses by question and theme - and suggested actions to give you a starting point for planning.
Navigating iDeck
Use the controls in the navigation bar to move through your slides:
Previous/next arrows - move one slide at a time
Dropdown menu - lists every slide by name; click any entry to jump straight to it
Grid icon - opens the slide selection panel (see Exporting, below)
Applying filters
To view results for a specific group, apply demographic filters using the filter bar at the top of the page. Your iDeck updates automatically to reflect the filtered results. Apply different filters to explore different cuts of the data.
View the different pages
You view different pages by selecting the dropdown and heading there directly.
Or alternatively via the left and right arrows:
Exporting to PowerPoint
You choose exactly which slides go into your export before the file is built.
Click the grid icon in the navigation bar to open the export panel.
Selecting slides
Slides are grouped by section. Click the arrow next to any section to expand it and see the individual slides it contains. You can:
Toggle an entire section on or off with one click
Expand a section and toggle individual slides within it
Use Select all, Select none, or Reset to manage your selection quickly
A counter shows how many slides are currently selected.
Using presets
If you regularly export the same configuration, you can save your current selection as a named preset. Open the Presets tab, enter a name, and click Save current selection. To reload a preset in future, select it from your saved list and click Load.
Exporting
When you're happy with your selection, click Export as PPT. A progress indicator will appear while the file builds - stay on the page until the download starts, as navigating away will interrupt the export.
The file downloads in PPT format, ready to open and edit in Microsoft PowerPoint.
