What's new in iDeck - May 2025

The May 2025 update is the most significant change to iDeck since it launched. Here's what's different.

More content, better structured

The new iDeck is divided into clearly labelled sections - making it much easier to navigate when presenting to leadership or a wider audience. It gives you access much more data, including Prism recommended actions.

Richer comparisons

Where the previous version showed a single comparator figure, the new iDeck features up to two comparators and includes a dedicated Comparative Results section with four slides: where you're strongest and weakest against the external benchmark, and what has improved most or declined most since your last survey.

Deeper comments analysis

Each open question now produces three outputs: a theme chart showing volume and sentiment, a Prism summary of the key findings, and a page of selected verbatim comments.

Prism action suggestions

This is the most significant addition. The Action Areas section now includes Prism-generated suggested actions based directly on your results - giving you a starting point for planning rather than a blank page.

Demographic heatmaps

Theme scores are now broken down across every demographic you collected - department, team, directorate, age band, gender, ethnicity, length of service, and more - so you can see exactly where variation sits across your organisation.

Updated export

The export dialog has been updated. You can now toggle whole page types on or off (as well as individual pages), giving you more control over what goes into your PowerPoint file.
