Coming soon: new Action Insights

New Action Insights - powered by Prism - is coming to your dashboard soon. It isn't available yet - this page is a preview of what's on its way.

Action planning works best when it's shared across managers and teams that can drive change. But as ownership spreads, it becomes harder to maintain visibility and keep everyone aligned.

However many action plans your managers are running, no one can hold them all in their head - let alone see how each one lines up with what employees said, your organisation-wide plans and your values.

Action Insights does that for you: everything in one view, summarised by Prism, our AI, across the whole organisation or drilled into any area or team.

The point isn't to hand you more analysis. It's to hand you the picture of how things line up, and where they don't - without you having to go searching for it, so your time goes on the part that actually changes things: the conversations.

Here's what it will do.

Are we acting on what employees told us?

Prism, our AI, will compare action plans against your survey's strongest engagement drivers - the questions most closely linked to how engaged your people are. It will show you which drivers already have action behind them, and flag priority gaps: drivers that matter, with no action against them yet.

Every number is calculated from your real data; Prism writes the plain-English narrative and recommendations around it.

Are actions aligned with organisation-wide actions?

You'll see whether your organisation-wide initiatives line up with what managers are actually doing on the ground - and where the disconnects are. If leadership plans aren't reinforcing the areas managers are working hardest on - or vice versa - this is where you'll find out.

Are our actions shaping the culture we want?

Prism will map your live actions against your organisation's stated values, showing which values your action effort is reinforcing - and which are getting little attention. It's the first view that connects what your organisation says it stands for to what it's actually doing.

Is effort going where it will move engagement?

One chart will plot every survey question by how much it matters against how much action it's getting. Important topics getting too little attention appear top-left -impossible to miss. Topics absorbing heavy effort for lower impact appear bottom-right. The goal is simple: turn the red bubbles green by adding actions where they count.

And when someone needs a prompt - nudge them

Insight without follow-through changes nothing. From the same screen, you'll see who hasn't recorded an action, whose actions have gone stale, and which teams have low participation - and send a nudge, with a suggested message ready to edit, without leaving the dashboard.

⚠️ The important bit....it's a guide, not a verdict

Action Insights is advisory. It gives you strong clues, summaries and directions - it doesn't replace your judgement. A gap it highlights isn't automatically a problem: there can be good reasons an area looks misaligned, from deliberate priorities to blockers only a manager on the ground would know about. The point is that you know about it.

Because change is a conversation. It happens with people, not platforms.

Action Insights exists to surface the conversations worth having - so you can nudge, support and guide, in places you'd otherwise never have known to look, instead of spending your time as the one searching the data.

And you can trust what it shows you: the counts, coverage figures and progress measures throughout are calculated from your own survey results and action plans. Prism's role is to interpret and explain - its narratives are decision support, grounded in numbers you can check for yourself.

When can I use it?

Action Insights is in the final stages of preparation and will appear on your dashboard soon. When it launches, you'll find full guides in our help centre covering every tab - from reading the chart to tracking every nudge and email in the event log.

Questions in the meantime? Get in touch with your People Insight contact - we'd love to talk you through it.
