Who is Action Planning for?
Action Planning is designed for anyone responsible for improving employee experience — from managers taking local action, to leaders with a broader remit.
Where do Prism suggestions come from?
Prism suggestions are generated from your survey results, highlighting actions that are most likely to make a meaningful difference — especially where key drivers show the biggest opportunity.
Are Prism suggestions generic?
No. Prism suggestions are data-led and context-aware. Our AI is tailored to your organisation, so actions feel relevant, realistic and aligned to what matters most.
Can users see why Prism suggested an action?
Yes. Each Prism suggestion includes “Why has Prism suggested this action?” so users can understand the reasoning behind the recommendation and how it connects back to results and context.
Can Prism suggest more actions if the first options aren’t right?
Yes. Users can click Suggest more to generate additional recommended actions.
Can I create my own actions instead of using Prism?
Yes. You can always create actions manually, either from results or directly within Action Planning.
How do we track progress over time?
Actions move through a clear workflow (Not started → In progress → Completed) with ownership, progress tracking, comments and an activity history to support accountability and follow-through.
Can we see actions across different dashboards?
Yes. Action Planning allows you to view actions across all dashboards, giving you a single place to manage improvement activity even across multiple surveys.
Is Action Planning multilingual?
Yes. Action Planning and Prism suggestions are available in multiple languages.
Can I link actions to specific questions or drivers?
Yes. Actions can be created directly against specific survey questions (for example from Key Drivers), which keeps Action Planning connected to the evidence behind it.
What’s the difference between Team based and Strategic Prism suggestions?
If you have Manager or Super User dashboard role, Prism can generate:
Team based actions (practical improvements within a team)
Strategic actions (organisation-wide actions for broader responsibility)
Can I assign actions to someone else?
Yes. Actions can be assigned to an Owner, so accountability is clear and actions don’t stall.
Can multiple people collaborate on an action?
Yes. Actions support comments, so teams can share updates and collaborate in one place.
Can I see what changed and when?
Yes. Each action includes an Activity view showing key changes over time, such as status updates and progress movement.
Can I change an action after it’s been created?
Yes. Actions can be edited after creation, including the title, description, owner and progress.
Can I track progress without marking an action as completed?
Yes. Actions in progress can be updated using a progress slider, so teams can show momentum even before completion.
Can I switch how actions are displayed?
Yes. You can toggle between:
Kanban view (workflow-based)
Grid view (list/table-based)
Can I filter actions to focus on specific priorities?
Yes. Actions can be filtered by owner, date, theme, question, Prism actions, and tags.
Can I export our action plan?
Yes. Action Planning data can be exported for reporting, sharing, and governance.
What are tags and how are they created?
Tags are generated in the background by Prism to help organise and search actions more effectively.
Will users receive reminders to keep actions moving?
Yes. The platform supports automated nudges such as action progress reminders, due reminders, and completion notifications (depending on your setup).
Do we need the Action-focused homepage to use Prism Suggest?
No. Prism Suggest is available within Action Planning, and the Action-focused homepage provides an additional user-friendly route into recommended actions.
What happens when new Action Planning and Prism Suggest are launched?
If you have Action Planning it will look different - you will experience a new interface - and - if you have more than one dashboard see all your actions in one place
You won't see Prism Suggest though. It's is not an automatic upgrade
Why is it not an automatic upgrade?
Prism Suggest needs Prism Context to work. Prism Context is about your organisation, its values, framework and initiatives. Without Prism Context, Prism Suggest loses it power.
Prism Context - whilst not difficult to create or add - would benefit for us speaking first
Am I entitled Prism Suggest?
If you have bought Action Planning and Prism (which includes Prism Manager Action Plan) for all dashboard users, you are already entitled to Prism Suggest under your current plan
Prism Suggest is best experienced when all dashboard users have access to it, which is why we are offering it as standard to all new clients.
And why we are offering keenly priced access to all your dashboard users as an upgrade
What if I only want a few dashboard users to have access it?
It's same price for all dashbboard users. Because we believe that's where the value lies.
So, if it we need to speak to first, when will you be in touch?
Whenever you are ready, our CRM team is ready to talk.
They are looking to get in touch with you at the time that you will find Prism Suggest most valuable
Once we spoken and had a chance to show you Prism Suggest first hand - we've worked on Prism Context together - and agreed terms, then it's minutes to enable it.
