Prism Suggest: Actions tailored to your organisation

What is Prism Suggest and how to get access to it.

Updated over a week ago

One of the biggest challenges after an employee survey is knowing where to start.

Prism Suggest is designed to remove that barrier by providing tailored, AI-generated recommended actions directly alongside your survey results - helping leaders and managers move faster from insight to meaningful improvement.

Prism Suggest works hand-in-hand with Action Planning, making it easier to turn feedback into visible, owned change.

What is Prism Suggest?

Prism Suggest is an intelligent action suggestion feature that analyses your survey data - including:

  • Results and key drivers

  • Benchmarks

  • Historic trends

  • Employee comments

It then suggests the most impactful actions your teams can take next.

Instead of writing actions from scratch, managers can begin with evidence-led recommendations that are directly connected to what employees are experiencing.

Data-Led, Not Generic

Prism Suggest does not offer vague “best practice” ideas.

It identifies where your results show the greatest opportunity, especially across the key drivers of engagement, and prioritises actions that are most likely to make a measurable difference.

This helps teams stay focused on what matters most - and act with confidence.

Context-aware suggestions that people will trust

Every organisation is different, so actions should be too.

Prism Suggest uses your organisation’s language, priorities, and context to generate actions that feel:

  • credible for managers

  • relevant for teams

  • realistic to deliver

This makes follow-through more likely - and improvement more sustainable.

Transparent: always clear why an Action was suggested

Each recommendation includes an explanation. Managers can click “Why has Prism suggested this action?” to understand how the suggestion connects directly to the survey results and context.

This transparency builds trust and confidence in the actions being taken.

More options when you need them

If the first set of recommendations isn’t quite right, users can click “Suggest more” to generate additional tailored options. This gives teams flexibility while still keeping actions grounded in evidence.

Where Prism suggest appears

Prism Suggest is built directly into the dashboard experience, supporting action at the moment insight is received.

It can appear in:

  • the Action-focused homepage, designed for team managers

  • Action Planning itself, where users can generate suggested actions while building their plan

  • strategic views for Super Users, supporting organisation-wide improvement

How do I get Prism suggest?

Prism Suggest is available in two ways:

a) Included

Prism Suggest is included automatically for clients who already have Prism enabled for all dashboard users.

In this case, enabling Prism Suggest is primarily a configuration and onboarding step.

b) With small Licence adjustment

For clients who do not yet have Prism across all dashboard users, Prism Suggest is still available, but may require an incremental licence adjustment.

We will always confirm this with you in advance.

Why we need a conversation before enabling it

Prism Suggest works best when it reflects your organisation’s priorities and language.

Before switching it on, we support you in setting up your Prism Context - a short piece of information that helps Prism generate recommendations that are tailored, credible, and effective.

This step is essential to ensure that suggestions are meaningful and relevant for your teams.

Next step

If you would like Prism Suggest enabled, please contact your People Insight Client team. We will arrange a short discussion to:

  • confirm access

  • set up your Prism Context

  • ensure the experience is configured correctly for your dashboard users
