Overview
The People Insight Microsoft Teams App allows clients to distribute employee survey invitations directly within Teams.
It functions as a notification-only bot similar to email or SMS delivering a personalised survey invitation containing a secure link. When the link is clicked, the survey opens in the user’s web browser.
The app does not host surveys and does not collect responses inside Teams.

How it works
A survey is configured within the People Insight platform.
Invitations are triggered via our internal distribution system.
Employees receive a Teams message from the People Insight bot.
Clicking Start now launches the survey in the default browser.
Responses are submitted securely via the browser session.

The app must be authorised and deployed by your IT team.

IT reviews and approves the People Insight app.
The app is installed in Microsoft Teams.
