Dashboard User Management (Major Update)
Significant enhancements have been made to how dashboard users are configured and managed:
Improved Permissions Matrix enabling filter settings to be updated directly at dashboard, group, or individual user level.
More intuitive dashboard user group defaults, now inheriting settings from the dashboard to simplify setup.
Enhanced user management workflows, including clearer visibility of available users and prevention of duplicate additions.
New flexibility in user activation, allowing individual users within groups to be activated/deactivated where permitted.
Updated role naming to better reflect organisational hierarchy (no change to permissions).

New n-count visibility allows dashboard users to see the number of responses behind their data, including threshold indicators.
Survey Excel exports now include a full 5-point scale breakdown alongside the existing 3-point summary.
Improvements to score display clarity, especially where rounded values appear identical but underlying differences exist.
Prism & Dashboard experience
Improved handling of anonymity thresholds to avoid misleading interactions where detailed data cannot be shown.
