Microsoft Azure services, including Language Studio (UK South), are used for text processing tasks such as redaction of personal or identifiable information. No data is retained by Microsoft.

Used for anonymised text analysis only. Data is processed without identifiers and is not retained. Summarisation, sentiment analysis and categorisation take place on redacted content.

Transactional email delivery service used to send survey invitations and notifications.

Backup email delivery service to ensure continuity of communication.

All subprocessors are subject to written agreements containing GDPR-compliant obligations. We ensure they meet appropriate technical and organisational measures.
